What We Do

The Magic of Life Foundation (MOLF) celebrates cancer survivors, educates those touched by the cancer experience, and offers support through an inspiring volunteer program. Our services enhance cancer survivorship and quality of life from diagnosis, through treatment, and in the years following completion of cancer care.

Who We Are

We are passion and experience: Each member of the MOLF Board of Directors is a healthcare provider, actively involved in the healthcare arena, or a cancer survivor. We have witnessed the challenges that many patients face, we understand the magic that is cancer survivorship, and we're striving to make a difference.

The Magic of Life Foundation's efforts focus on three areas of the cancer experience:

• Celebration: Overcoming cancer deserves recognition. Our goal is to hold at least two cancer survivorship events each year in Georgia, with a combined attendance of over 2,500 cancer survivors.
• Education: We've already published two books on the cancer experience, with a goal to distribute 100,000 copies by 2012. We're also creating an interactive destination website for cancer patients and survivors.
• Support: We call it Strength From Within. Through our vibrant, self-sustaining volunteer program, made up of cancer survivors and those whose lives have been touched by cancer, we're offering support services for cancer patients and the teams that treat them.
